As a Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Lead, she specialises in leading comprehensive audits, including the design, data collection, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations. Georgia excels in creating user-friendly, visual post-audit reports to ensure key findings are accessible to all staff, enhancing overall effectiveness and transparency.

She has a strong command of Excel, utilising the tool to build audit systems, and generate dynamic visuals that present data clearly and meaningfully. Georgia is also experienced in policy writing and review, ensuring policies are thorough, clear, and actionable.
